After 4 years of virtual spaces with you all, we are delighted to invite you to our in-person biennial political conference! 

Join us for a 3-day weekend from October 13th-15th in Redmond, Oregon at the Eagle Crest Resort where you can expect to get the tools and information to help elect our member-endorsed candidates and issues. 

This conference is packed with exciting news from the 2023 legislative session and a preview of what’s to come in 2024! You can also expect to receive trainings on how to engage your locals to advocate politically for better wages, hours, working conditions and turning issues in our workplaces into policy. In addition, you will get the opportunity to hear directly from elected officials on why engaging in politics is important.
